BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for maintaining client product knowledge and developing assigned staff to achieve individual, company and client goals; work with supervisor to establish daily objectives and prioritize workload, ensuring deadlines are met and staffing levels are appropriate; support the quality performance of assigned staff by providing accurate responses to questions with a sense of urgency during call processing; lead and participate in processing various incoming and outgoing sales focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 
Education
High school education or GED required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in field related to client or project preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year customer service, sales or related experience required
Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific department, project or client.
They must successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing.
Consumer Products ?
Experience in consumer packaged goods preferred
Consumer Services ?
Experience in the insurance, small appliance, military or fitness industry preferred
Experience in consumer packaged goods preferred
Food Services ?
Experience in the grocery, restaurant or food industry preferred
Health Care ?
Experience in durable medical equipment or pharmaceuticals preferred
Marketing Services ?
Experience in lead generation preferred
Retail ?
Experience in retail or consumer packaged goods preferred
Telco ?
Experience in telecommunications or wireless industry preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
