I have lost a female black cat named CECE at the North Hills Bungalows! CeCe is on several medications and has to have frequent vet visits. She has been missing since 1-27-xxxx. My younger son had taken her collar off so she is not wearing it. She is all black with a white patch on her lower belly. She is fixed and has all four paws declawed. We are VERY scared for her and miss her VERY much! She really needs to be home with her family so that we can take car of her!
